Going Global 2019

Going Global 2019
Dear Colleagues,

The call for proposals for Going Global 2019 in Berlin is now live and we are keen to have as many submissions as possible from all regions in order to ensure that the final speaker selection is diverse and represents a multitude of views. We are accepting proposals for individual contributors, full sessions and interactive workshops.

Please see attached the call for proposals flyer and further information here. The call closes on 10 October 2018.

 Key points

  • We are unable to place stakeholders unless they come through the open call for proposals.
  • Speakers are charged a conference fee to join the conference, and if successful receive a significant discount. This cost cannot be waivered by the Going Global team, and needs to be covered by the individual submitting the proposal or their local British Council office. As such, we ask that this is factored in to your budgeting plans for next year.
  • Proposals cannot be changed after submission and the peer review process.
The conference theme is ‘Knowledge Diplomacy and the Digital World: Does international tertiary education have a role?’ and further details can be found here.
